Month-Of Coordination, also referred to as a Day of Coordination, is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.
Design Consultation
TIMELINE: TYPICALLY 6 MONTHS OUT
This service is for you if you have support executing your event (i.e. venue coordinator), but need help designing your day. We’ll create a custom design plan according to your vision, and ensure it comes to life on your wedding day.

Partial Wedding Planning & Coordination
TIMELINE: TYPICALLY 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY
This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the event date, unlike full planning which begins at least 12 months prior.
Full Wedding Planning & Coordination
TIMELINE: TYPICALLY 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY
This service is for you if you want us to handle all the details of your event. Our team will help you design all of the details for your special event, help you find vendors, and ensure your setup and event run smoothly. With this service you can relax and enjoy your special event knowing we have everything covered!
